Overview
Our goal this week is to finish an introduction to writing our own objects in Python.
Friday, November 15th
Classwork / Homework
Jeff is out today, but that's not a problem, since we are a dual-instructor class!
Evaluation
This will be your first programming evaluation (recall that we have moved from learning to read Python to learning how to write it). Your git repositories will be evaluated tomorrow, Saturday, November 16th starting at 1 pm.
Our new git repo evaluation rubric will be used to evaluate your work.
Wednesday, November 13th
Classwork
We'll begin today with a check-in on our progress completing
Chapter 7 Exercise Set 0. If we feel ready, we will continue on with one
further learning Python OOP syntax
activity. I have two possibilities
in mind:
We will decide together what to do, and I will write up a homework assignment based on our decision.
Homework
Okie dokie, we voted to do the robots game! Your homework is to spend 90 minutes working your way through the sheet, no more, no less. We'll check-in where we are when we arrive on Friday. An A grade means I see commits made between the end of this class and the beginning of Friday's class.
