Overview
The week of May 20th is SOL week, so we will have a different schedule and only meet on Thursday, May 23rd from 1:36 to 3 pm. Thursday of the first week I will not be here since I'll be attending PyCon US 24. So we need a plan to accomodate all of this. Below is what I came up with.
Friday, May 24th
I will be away at a meeting today, so as we discussed last week, you should use class time to finish preparing the presentations of your assigned problems from Section 4.2: Trees to be shared in class when we meet next Wednesday, May 29th.
Plan for the Two Weeks
We will begin class on Tuesday, May 14th with a test on Chapter 4: Graph Theory - Section 4.1: Definitions.
- I asked Python to choose 8 groups of 3 or 2 students each, and it
gave me back:
- Group 1: Fikir, James, Jamethiel
- Group 2: Turner, Anfal, Jackson
- Group 3: Isaac, Anar, Caleb
- Group 4: Trostin, Ved, Akshay
- Group 5: Shangwen, Cody, Dane
- Group 6: Luis, Adonis
- Group 7: Johan, Marin
- Group 8: Ivan, Parker
- Each group will give a detailed presentation of two of the exercises from Section 4.2: Trees (Group 1 will present problems 1 and 9, Group 2 will present problems 2 and 10, etc.) in class on Thursday, May 23rd.
- These presentations will replace our normal test on this section.
