An introduction to computer applications and concepts. Covers a broad range of topics including computer hardware, communications technology, operating systems, ethics and security, information literacy, productivity tools, web authoring and publishing, multimedia concepts, and software development.
This is a 3 credit course which will combine class discussion with hands-on projects and the development of student digital portfolios.
